We piloted Brew for lifecycle production while keeping Customer.io for in-app triggers. Honest take: on-brand draft speed is real. A plain-language brief produced sendable HTML in one session, which used to take a designer half a day. Integration catalogue is thinner than Klaviyo, so we still export HTML for one brand storefront.

Pricing is approachable for a trial, but watch watermark rules on the free tier if client work is involved. Support responded within a business day on domain authentication questions. I would not call it perfect for complex branching yet, but for campaign velocity it earned a second month.

The MCP surface is what sold our ops team. We can describe a re-engagement series in chat, review the draft in Slack, and schedule without rebuilding templates. It is not a full CRM replacement. Treat it as creative plus send layer first, then expand if data models align.
