How we decide which email and lifecycle platforms belong in the directory, and how vendors or practitioners can suggest additions.

Editorial checklist for tool directory inclusion

Inclusion policy

Campaign Forge lists platforms that help teams run email marketing, lifecycle automation, or developer-owned sending. We include incumbents and newer AI-native tools when we can verify product claims against documentation and hands-on testing.

  • Public product with a marketing or developer-facing website
  • Email or multi-channel lifecycle capability, not SMS-only tools
  • Pricing or packaging information we can cite with a date
  • No pay-to-rank placement: sponsorship does not change scores

Submission process

  1. Email editors@campaignforge.dev with the product name, URL, and category fit.
  2. Share documentation links for pricing, API or MCP surfaces, and integrations you want listed on the fact sheet.
  3. Allow two to four weeks for editorial review. We may decline tools we cannot verify or that fall outside lifecycle email.

Corrections and updates

Vendors can request fact sheet corrections anytime. We date every last-verified field and publish methodology on our editorial standards page.

Independence

Campaign Forge Editorial is not owned by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Brew or any ESP listed here. Inclusion is editorial, not advertising.
